Kim Jordan Paralegal Services is committed to providing professional, respectful, and high-quality legal services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concerns as soon as possible so that we may address them promptly and fairly.


If you have a concern or complaint, please contact our office directly and provide a brief description of the issue. Wherever possible, complaints should be made in writing by email or letter so they can be reviewed carefully. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and make reasonable efforts to respond within 5–10 business days.


Your complaint will be reviewed and we may request additional information to better understand the issue. Where appropriate, we will propose a resolution, which may include clarification, correction of an administrative issue, or other steps to address your concern.


If your concern cannot be resolved directly, you may also contact the Law Society of Ontario, which regulates paralegals in Ontario and investigates complaints regarding professional conduct. Information about the Law Society of Ontario’s complaint process is available on its website.
